ingredients
seafood (clean and ready for cook)
1 small bowl of rice
1 inch of lemongrass, finely chopped
3 kaffir lime leaves, finely chopped
1 tbsp. chilly paste
half onion, slices
1 tomato cut in cubes
1 handful of coriander and spring onion
2 chilly or more, chopped finely
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. lime juice
3 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
preparation
- heat the wok with medium heat add oil, chilly and chilly paste, fry until aroma then add lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves
- add seafood and fry it till well-done
- add onion, cook until it soft then add the rice. mixed well with fish sauce, lime juice and sugar.
- tasted until satisfy then add tomato, spring onion and coriandar.
- turn off the heat and mix it well.
