    Tom yam fried rice with seafood

    ingredients

    seafood (clean and ready for cook)

    1 small bowl of rice

    1 inch of lemongrass, finely chopped

    3 kaffir lime leaves, finely chopped

    1 tbsp. chilly paste

    half onion, slices

    1 tomato cut in cubes

    1 handful of coriander and spring onion

    2 chilly or more, chopped finely

    2 tbsp. oil

    2 tbsp. lime juice

    3 tbsp. fish sauce

    1 tbsp. sugar

    preparation

    1. heat the wok with medium heat add oil, chilly and chilly paste, fry until aroma then add lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves
    2. add seafood and fry it till well-done
    3. add onion, cook until it soft then add the rice. mixed well with fish sauce, lime juice and sugar.
    4. tasted until satisfy then add tomato, spring onion and coriandar.
    5. turn off the heat and mix it well.
